According to information, Omar Ayub came before the PHC Abbottabad court with his attorney, Babar Awan, in order to request transit remand in six cases that were filed against the former minister in Mianwali, Faisalabad, and Lahore.

Following the opening arguments, the judge gave Omar Ayub transit bail in six instances until April 14. He was told to show up in front of the relevant courts.

Speaking with reporters upon his release on bond for transport, Omar Ayub said that 95 “fake” charges had been filed against him in the categories of terrorism, murder, and attempted murder.

He insisted on the former prime minister and all other PTI employees being freed.

It is important to note that Omar Ayub Khan was defeated by Shehbaz Sharif in last week’s PM election. Shehbaz Sharif received almost 200 votes to retake the position of prime minister of the nation, whereas Ayub received just 92.

With 192,948 votes, independent candidate Omar Ayub Khan, supported by the PTI, was victorious in the National Assembly constituency NA-18, Haripur.

In the unofficial results released by the Returning Officer/ECP, Babar Nawaz Khan, the candidate for the Pakistan Muslim League (N), came in second with 112,389 votes. Voter turnout stayed at 49.88%.
