Yesterday, five foreign nationals and one local person were confirmed dead in a suicide bombing in Bisham, which occurred along the Karakoram highway.

A suicide bomber crashed an explosives-laden car into a convoy of foreign nationals traveling from Islamabad to their camp in Dasu, Shangla, according to the Malakand District Inspector General (DIG).

According to the original account, the driver and five foreign passengers in a passenger car were killed in the incident while traveling from Islamabad to Dasu Dam.

The coaster went off the road after the explosion and stopped some distance away.

Authorities quickly sent teams from the Peshawar Bomb Disposal Unit (BDU) and CTD to the location in reaction to the incident.

He gave the Chinese side his word that the government would launch an immediate, high-level investigation into the incident and bring those responsible and those who assisted them to justice. The Chinese president and premier received a condolence telegram from the prime minister as well.
