According to the information provided, imprisoned former prime minister Imran Khan filed a plea asking for the creation of a judicial panel to look into claims of election manipulation in 2024.

The plea asked the highest court to establish a committee made up of justices from the Supreme Court and to suspend the Punjabi and federal governments until the Judicial committee’s report was received.

Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had earlier called for the creation of a judicial committee to look into the cipher case and claims of election manipulation in the recently concluded general elections.
With reference to the purported manipulation of the general elections on February 8, Ali Amin Gandapur stated that the PTI emerged victorious in the polls based on Form 45s, but he also called for an investigation into “result tempering.”

It is important to note that claims of election manipulation have been made by a number of parties.

Asad Qaiser, the head of the PTI, declared that his party would stage a protest in the streets on February 8th to protest the “stealing” of their mandate in the general elections.

The PTI, according to former NA Speaker Qaiser, would bring together all political factions and start a campaign against “rigged elections.”

He declared, “We will launch our peaceful movement in all four provinces.” The politician declared, “We will not back down because our war is for the nation, not for our politics.”
