PM Shehbaz and Saudi Crown Prince reiterate commitment to enhancing relations

The Prime Minister was invited to Iftar by His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, along with a delegation. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz, has our best wishes for his health and well-being, as expressed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

He conveyed his appreciation to the Saudi authorities for the cordial reception he and his delegation received.

The leaders saw the positive trend of their long-standing brotherly relationships.

The two presidents reiterated their shared intention to develop their bilateral relations even more. The Prime Minister and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince had a one-on-one meeting after Iftar, and then a bilateral meeting as well.

On his first overseas trip since winning the election, Prime Minister Shehbaz touched down in Saudi Arabia on Saturday for a three-day stay.

At the airport, the prime minister was met by Prince Salman Bin Sultan Al Saud, the governor of Madina Munawarah.

While traveling on a commercial aircraft, PM Shehbaz Sharif interacted with the other passengers. In addition, the passengers conversed and snapped photographs with the prime minister.

The prime minister was attended by Abdul Aleem Khan, Attaullah Tarar, Ahad Cheema, Muhammad Aurangzeb, Ishaq Dar, Khawaja Asif, and Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
