According to the information provided, a panel of two judges led by Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhary from the Lahore High Court (LHC) listened to the request to revoke the bail of Rasikh Elahi, Tehreem Elahi, and other individuals.

At the beginning of the hearing, the High Court issued a warrant for the arrest of Tehreem, the wife of Moonis Elahi, in the FIA money laundering case. The warrant is non-bailable.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Moonis Elahi was designated a fugitive in a money laundering case by a special court.

Due to the son of the former Punjab Chief Minister repeatedly failing to appear in court, the special court judge has issued a perpetual arrest order.
Furthermore, the Special Central Court in Lahore issued an order on November 17 to confiscate all properties and bank accounts belonging to Moonis Elahi, the son of PTI President Parvez Elahi, in connection with a money laundering case.

The court has requested a thorough report on the suspension of accounts and assets to be submitted during the upcoming hearing.

The court is pleased with the news that the former minister is intentionally avoiding arrest while seeking help from the proper institution in the case.

Ali Amin Gandapur, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has threatened to storm Islamabad, according to Khawaja Saad Rafique, a former minister and leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). This is a very serious situation.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa administration has reportedly launched attacks on the federal capital in the past in an attempt to seize Islamabad, according to Saad Rafiq on the social media platform X (previously Twitter).

“However, PTI got nothing and it resulted in creating chaos, hatred and economic destruction,” he continued.

He added, “If the anarchists attack Islamabad to occupy it this time too, it will become impossible for them to return as rulers.”

According to the leader of the PML-N, fascist behavior will no longer be accepted, and the dirty politics of violence, fire, and ransacking will no longer be effective.

The PTI, he said, has to act rationally and refrain from inciting another May 9.
