Fazl challenges the authenticity of the parliament.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the leader of the JUI-F, has raised doubts about the involvement of the bureaucracy and establishment in the formation of Pakistan.

He raised doubts about the present condition of democracy, expressing apprehension regarding the credibility of parliamentary procedures.

During his inaugural speech in the National Assembly, he emphasized the juxtaposition between India and Pakistan’s advancements since gaining independence. The individual expressed deep concern over the economic difficulties faced by Pakistan and the apparent erosion of political independence.

Furthermore, he endorsed the position of Asad Qaiser, a member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, regarding political assemblies. He stated that the PTI have the legitimate authority to hold a rally.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman criticized the impact of undisclosed powers on the process of making decisions, claiming that political mandates had been undermined.

Fazl further claimed that the present political environment exemplifies a compromised democracy, in which both winners and losers express doubt regarding the legitimacy of electoral results.

The leader of the JUI-F emphasized the importance of restoring democratic ideals and questioned the contentment of people in positions of authority.

During a discussion with Speaker Ayaz Sadiq, Rehman expressed apprehension regarding the current situation in Lahore.
