The Federal Investigation Agency Immigration reportedly retrieved 16 kg of gold from Muhammad Tanveer, a passenger on a flight to Dubai.

The authorities said that 16 kg of gold, including 10 gold bricks, were found when Muhammad Tanveer’s luggage was examined because of his frequent travels.

Muhammad Tanveer was turned over to the FIA Composite Cell for additional investigation, according to the IA immigration team, because he did not provide adequate responses throughout the inquiry.

At Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, customs officers stopped an attempt to smuggle foreign currency in April of last year.

They claimed that 65,000 US dollars, or roughly Rs. 12 million, had been found in the luggage of a female traveler heading to Doha.

The passenger was permitted to board the aircraft, the officers stated, even though the currency had been seized.
